Frequently asked questions

The OfficeText FAQ gives clear answers to the most important questions about OfficeText, the Assistants, privacy, subscriptions and everyday use.

About OfficeText

What is OfficeText?

OfficeText helps freelancers, self-employed professionals and small businesses create common business messages quickly and clearly. Choose the Assistant you need, select the right situation and enter only the information required. OfficeText then prepares a structured message that you can review and use in your normal business communication. The OfficeText FAQ answers the most common questions about how the service works.

Which Assistants are available?

OfficeText has four Assistants: the Email Assistant, Reminder Assistant, Reply Assistant and Follow-up Assistant. Each Assistant is designed for common business situations, so you can choose the one that matches the type of message you need to create.

How do the Assistants work?

Open an Assistant and choose the type of message you want to create. Then enter only the information needed for that situation. OfficeText prepares the business message for you. You can check the result before using it, so you always remain in control of the final communication.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. OfficeText is designed to be easy to use. You do not need to write prompts, understand technical settings or go through complicated steps. The Assistants guide you through the information needed for each type of business message.

Privacy and your texts

Does OfficeText use AI to process my texts?

No. OfficeText does not use an AI service to process your texts. The Assistants work with business templates and input fields prepared by OfficeText. This keeps the process simple and predictable while allowing you to decide exactly what information you enter. The OfficeText FAQ also explains the main privacy principles behind the service.

Can OfficeText see or store my texts?

No. OfficeText does not receive, store or view the texts you create with the Assistants. Your business content remains private. The OfficeText FAQ and privacy information explain this approach clearly so you know how your business communication is handled. For general information about data protection in the EU, see the European Commission data protection overview.

How do I send a message I create with OfficeText?

Once you have entered the required information, you can open the message directly in your own email program. The subject and message are prepared for you. Check the text, make any changes you want and send it from your own mailbox.

Using OfficeText and access

Where can I find my Assistants?

After logging in, you will find the Assistants included in your subscription under My Assistants. From there, you can open and use them directly without going through a complicated dashboard.

Can I use OfficeText on a computer, tablet and phone?

Yes. OfficeText is designed for desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones. You use the same OfficeText environment and the same Assistants on your devices, which makes it easy to continue working wherever you normally handle your business communication. The OfficeText FAQ remains available whenever you need information about everyday use.

Can I add an OfficeText icon to my device?

Yes. You can add an OfficeText shortcut to your desktop or home screen. This lets you open OfficeText quickly and go directly to My Assistants without having to search for the website each time.

Can I download or share my Assistants?

No. The Assistants remain linked to your OfficeText account. They cannot be downloaded, copied or shared with other people. Your subscription gives you access to the Assistants included in the plan you selected.

Free trial and subscription

Can I try OfficeText for free first?

Yes. You can try OfficeText free for 30 days before your subscription begins. The trial gives you time to see how the Assistants fit into your everyday work before continuing with a paid plan. The OfficeText FAQ also explains what happens after the free trial.

What happens after the free trial?

After the free trial, your selected subscription begins. The subscription is billed annually. The Prices page clearly shows which Assistants are included in each plan and the corresponding price. You can therefore compare the available plans before deciding which level suits your work.

Do I need to subscribe to all four Assistants?

No. Choose the plan that suits you. Depending on the plan, you get access to one, two, three or all four OfficeText Assistants. This means you can start with only the Assistants you expect to use regularly.
